Frame hydraulic press is composed of two hydraulic cylinders of different sizes. The hydraulic cylinder is filled with water or oil. The one filled with water is called "hydraulic press"; The oil filled is called "hydraulic press", and there is a sliding piston in each of the two hydraulic cylinders. So what should I do if there is oil leakage in the frame hydraulic press? Next, let's introduce the solution to the oil leakage fault of the lower frame hydraulic press
、 First, remove the worktable under the piston rod of the frame hydraulic press, screw out the pipe joint of the oil pipe, and drain the hydraulic oil in the frame hydraulic press. Unscrew the pipe joint above the oil selection pool to allow the oil to flow back to the oil pool.
、 Unscrew the cylinder head under the piston rod and pull the guide sleeve out of the frame hydraulic press with a pin puller. There are two M8 threaded holes on the guide sleeve.
、 The piston rod leaks oil when it returns. It is necessary to replace the small Y-shaped rubber seal ring of 110.
、 When installing the small Y-shaped rubber sealing ring, pay attention to: the lip of the sealing ring should face the pressure oil, where the lip of the sealing ring should face upward. Small Y-shaped rubber sealing ring, when the oil pressure increases, the lip opens, so that the lip is closer to the sealing surface, so as to improve the sealing ability. Therefore, attention should be paid not to reverse installation here. There are two M8 threaded holes on the guide sleeve, and this side is facing down.
、 Since the lip of the sealing ring should be upward, it is difficult for the guide sleeve to fit into the piston rod. A bushing shall be machined here. The outer diameter of the bushing is 109.8mm, the inner diameter of the bushing is 90-100mm, and the length is 2-5 times of the thickness of the sealing ring and does not exceed the height of the guide sleeve. Select 30-50mm. Here also depends on the chamfering of the piston rod head, chamfering in the car at one end of the bushing. Put the bushing chamfered over this end into the guide sleeve and let the bushing press against the lip of the sealing ring. Then put the guide sleeve together with the bushing into the piston rod, the piston rod enters the guide sleeve, and the bushing can come out.
