Forging equipment refers to the mechanical equipment used for forming and separation in forging processing. Forging equipment includes forging hammer, mechanical press, hydraulic press, screw press and flat forging machine for forming, as well as uncoiler, straightener, shear, forging operator and other auxiliary equipment. Here are the precautions for operating forging equipment.

1. Forging equipment operators shall have a high sense of responsibility and be familiar with equipment operation skills. Irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited to operate on the machine.

2. Before starting the forging equipment, carefully check the equipment used. The forging equipment shall be properly maintained, the clutch, brake and control device shall be sensitive and reliable, the solid parts shall not be loose, the grounding protection of electrical appliances shall be reliable, and whether the lubrication system shall be blocked.

3. Before operating forging equipment, operators shall prepare personal protective equipment. Wear work clothes, work shoes and work hat. All tools used shall be prepared before work, the environment around the machine shall be cleaned, and the blank materials shall be neat and balanced.

4. It is strictly prohibited to place base measuring tools and other articles on the working face and die of forging equipment.

5. When the forging equipment is operated by more than one person, make sure to use the multi person operation button. Everyone needs a clear division of labor, coordination and coordination to avoid sports mistakes.

6. When forging equipment, dies and other related equipment fail, they need to be stopped for inspection. Turn off the power supply when the equipment is unattended.

7. It is strictly prohibited to put or take out the workpiece by putting your hand or finger into the die of forging equipment. Manual tools are required to pick up and place the workpiece in the die.

8. After the forging equipment is completed, the power supply shall be cut off, the surrounding environment shall be cleaned, and the workpieces, tools, appliances and molds shall be arranged neatly.
